You're a "grower" meaning that it grows a lot when you get erect. On the opposite end there's "show-ers" when they look large but don't grow much more when erect. Soft size is no indicator of erect size. Perfectly normal as long as you can urinate with it when soft!

yes it is normal,50% guys have small flaccid penis and large when erected,50% the rest have almost the same size when flaccid and erected

Yep,. Johnny "wad" Holmes, the porn star with the allegedly largest "thing" was very small when erect but massive when erect. Erections are caused by blood vessels being engorged with blood. So it's normal.

Mine all but disappears when it's flaccid (not erect). Size and behavior varies from person to person. Don't worry about it.
