Germans, the towel on the sun-bed is no joke. We were on hols and there were a group of about 7-8 who took it in turns to go down to the pool very early every morning to put towels on all the best sun-beds, then they would go back to bed and come down to the pool at about 10.

My first thought was...USA. But come to think of it I work with a lady from Arizona and she is the best person I have EVER worked with....so polite, genuinely caring, and charismatic....yet kinda stupid and sterotypically blonde.
I think there are rude people from every country. I find most rude people are people that are born into extreme wealth...and that could be from any country. Then there are the people born into poverty that are uneducated and are raised by racist, homophobic, a-holes....therefore they are rude by ignorance.

Yeah, I hate to admit it but we (U.S.A.) are extremely arrogant. We try to boss everyone and run their countries. We don't understand why everyone doesn't speak English, and we flaunt our wealth shamelessly in the face of other nations who are beyond poverty levels here. We can be a lifesaver, but we can also be a$$holes.

in my opinion going on the countries or people i have met from different countries the one i would say is France,
i didnt find one helpful French person whist i was there, i'm sure there are some but i not met them yet !
