Its hard to explain this, whats that mean when your really in a good mood and suddenly Everything seems so?

beautiful in your mind like you dont have a care in the world, it happens to me once in a while whats going on in my brain when thats happening gosh I cant explain it?

Much of the time it is dealing with the serotonin level in your brain. Some people that have experienced this often enough to effect their lives end up taking serotonin inhibitors.
