I started a co2 setup in my 75 gallon fish tank and i have it kinda near the top of the tank and everything is running great except that the little thing that sits in the tank that turns from blue to green to say it is enough co2 in the tank never seems to turn green. Does it matter where i put both of thoes? should the reactor be lower in the water to disperse the co2 better?

Yes, the lower the better. Depending on how you are generating or getting the CO2 it may only work to a certain depth, but you want it as deep as possible. I would place the reactor in a place fof medium current so the CO2 rich water is moved through the tank fairly evenly. Also place your monitor as far away from the reactor as possible to get a more accurate reading.

i put mine next to the exhaust of the filter, but i dont think it realy matters how deep it is, because gasses disperse evenly at any level
