I didn't know there was a new mcCarthyism. It's long overdue in my opinion. the Democratic party is communist. Plain and simple. If that offends you, if that makes you want to give me that awful thumbs down let me say this. just after you click on that "thumbs down' button, intelligent democrat reader, take this challenge if you dare. Click on this link http://cpusa.org/ the communist party of the USA's website. Is there one article there, one idea there, that you disagree with? that Nancy Pelosi disagrees with? Hillary? Obama?
The only difference between a democrat and a communist these days is the communist is proud of who he is and doesn't run from the label or pretend to be anything else. I have more respect for the communists. The ideaologies are EXACTLY the same.

What exactly is the "new McCarthyism?" Did you know that during the "old McCarthyism," Bobby Kennedy was one of McCarthy's favorite "commie-pointer-outer?"

Yes first it was reds under the bed now its Muslims in bed sheets now I know were the paranoia comes from after 9/11 but were did it come from when McCarthy was around fear is a powerful tool especially when it used by the government against the people.

I hate it and it is much worse now than the 50s, believe me.
The spying and wiretapping is incredible.

I think we failed to learn our lesson the first several times.
Government intrusion, discrimination and profiling based solely on paranoia is just plain stupid. It's spinning our wheels and wasting longs of effort that could be put towards better use.
