OMG! Your questions are too pathetic!
Well, some of the Filipinos who are earning really good are the professionals (doctors, nurses, teachers, engineers, etc... & even the businessmen) But the thing is there are too many graduates & less job opportunities that's why some just went to abroad to earn more by working hard back there because their salaries in Philippines are not enough to support their families.
Now I hope you're happy with the answers.
If not then you have a serious problem on comprehension & using your common sense. Goodness!

Yes, why not?! As long you believed in yourself and you don't give up to work hard. If you failed, stand up and try another one. We learned from our own mistake and experienced.

I tried to understand your question and it seems that it is directed to foreign nationals working in the Philippines. In that case, I am in no position to speak for them. I am Filipino.
