Pimples are caused by bacteria. I took my son to the dermatologist. They prescribed tetracycline, 200mg twice a day to help with that. It worked! Not gone completely but down by 70%! Wow! Good luck!
Try to add more water to your diet, this will take the toxins out of your system. Add a hand full of dark raisins to remove the acid from your skin. This worked for ME! Cheap, NO drugs! I eat as much candy as I like as long as I drink my water and eat my dark raisins. I don't like the taste so I go for the choc covered kinds! lol Or the ones in cookies! LOL

If that was the case, most over weight people would have lots of pimples. Do you see this as the case? I personally think hormones above everything else create pimple problems. That's why so many teenagers have them, and you don't get nearly as many as you get older. That doesn't mean older people eat less candy!

It could if your skin is sensitive to sugar. Most people tend to break out a lot more if they aren't eating a good diet.

no, not at all, no foods no matter how greasy they are will not make you break out more unless you get the grease/fat etc on your skin, the majority of breakouts are related to hormones/ genetics as long as you are reasonably hygenic.
