I don't know. Do all all the fat, unpopular girls end up on Ricki Lake dress like a skank, showing off their new thin bodies?

Well, not all do, but most put on some weight because they slow down physically or they are eating on their own and eating wrong or they have a lot more stress...

Most of them do yes. There are some lucky ones though who remain annoyingly skinny but they do seem to be a minority. Blessed be.

oh no. some of them make it a life's goal to stay perfect forever. only some of them let themselves go after marriage and kids, or possibly sooner
