my computer wont recognize it, it wont turn on, it wont do anything....i'm at wits end with it, if anyone know what to do?

Sometimes, electronic items just die. It could be something as simple as a bad connection but finding the bad connection is difficult in modern electronics. I know that it's not what you want to hear but it looks like you'll have to get a new one.

Are you living in a very dry climate? It sounds to me like what happens when you have static electricity discharge. It wipes it out. Your best bet is to seek service. Is there a Best Buy store near you? They have a great service dept.

Try charging it fr about 4 hours then try to turn it on. Also try reinstalling the software. Also try resetting it, look in your manual on resetting it.
