I have raised my step daughter since she was 2, now she is 8. Me and my ex wife have a son together also who is 5. I see my son everyday and I also see my step daughter during the same time. To her I am the only father she has ever had because her biologicial father hasn't been seen in over 5 years. That being said, I am pursing full custody of my biologicial son because of my ex wifes ways (long story). She will more than likely stop letting me see the step daughter because it will piss her off. Do I have any chance of visitation or anything with the step child, considering the circumstances??

Unfortunately, no. If the biological father had signed off and you had adopted her during the course of your marriage you would have had rights.

Not sure what the situation is that you are seeking full custody but unless it is something severe and/or she poses a danger to the child, it might be better to try to work things out as best you can for the sake of both the children.

If she is doing anything that would cause the children to be in danger (like doing drugs in front of them), you should report her to Child Protective Services.
