You can run out of elbow grease trying to scrub burned-on stains off enamel pans. Skip the sweat. Soak the pan overnight in salt water. Then boil salt water in the pan the next day. The stains should lift right off

Also heres a great site with all kinds off handy tips.
Good Luck!!

Have you tried bleach? After cooking in my enamel pots they will discolor and I fill them with water and bleach and let them sit until the job is done usually overnight!
I also found this online!
For cleaning, something like "Bar Keepers Friend", or "Bon Amie" would be a good choice. Sometimes, something like "Comet" or some other cleaner with bleach in it "might" help get rid of some of some of the staining. It's a tough surface so you don't have to worry about scrubbing it with a "Scotch-Brite" pad .... but don't use steel wool or anything like that because then you will scratch the surface.

Have you tried boiling baking soda in the pan? Boil it until the water runs dry then scrub it with an SOS pad.
