It is a problem if it stays risen for more than 4 hours. You also have to eat it fast or you will get a stiff neck!!

Yeah "it" will rise faster. If it remains hard for more than 4 hours then there is the risk of damage to the penis. At that point, you will have to seek immediate medical attention.
