Not by a long shot. I wouldn't buy any motherboard that only offered AGP slots, that graphics card is too weak to be a serious gaming card. That's not enough memory and slow by today's standard. The sound card is okay but is no longer supported by Creative. Basically, I'd change everything about the system but it depends on how much you are willing to spend.

I'd do something like this:

Intel Core 2 Duo or Pentium D processor
PCIe x16 graphics card (7600GT, ATi X1650XT series or for the DirectX 10 kick, 8800GTS)
2GB of DDR2 memory (667 or faster)
Creative X-Fi sound card

Now that is a system you could be proud of, but like I said, it depends on what you are using it for, if it's for serious gaming, then that's your option there but not what you've select (I hate to be blunt with you but that's how it is).

Altho the K7N Boards are great they are growing old along with the support for them. I would recommend a board with more upgrade options if you can. But still a decent setup and ditto on the ram
