I found out i was having twins at 8 weeks. when they do the altersound they will see. Or they might catch two heart beats like they did with me on the first vist.

6-8 weeks is just enough time for them to do an ultrasound and tell if there is two babies. If twins are something that runs in the family it would be a good idea to tell your OB and he'll be sure to get that early ultrasound to check. Otherwise, they will know that something is going kooky when they start doing your measurements and notice that your belly is growing at a much more rapid pace than that of a single baby pregnancy.

Well, i went to school with a pair of identical twin girls that their mother admitted that she, their mother had trouble telling them apart. They pulled some 'fast ones' when they were growing up that became a local legend. most twins i ever knew i could tell apart as far as i could see them.
