first, boil quail eggs. then put it under flowing water to easily take of the shell when pilling.

while boiling the eggs, prepare a mixture of: flour, food color, water, salt and pepper. some puts some baking powder on the mixture. but it's already an option.

Roll the peeled eggs in corn starch before soaking it to the mixture.

fry it. hope this would help. these is also the same mixture for tokneneng, trhe difference is that, in kwekkwek, we use quail egg, and for tokneneng, we use chicken egg.

1st you will need a "kwek"

2nd you will need to get another "kwek"

Put them together and you got "kwekwek"

That's so simple.
