Well if you have ITunes it has a built in CD burner where you can burn the songs that you have to a CD. Just insert the CD with Itunes open and it should promt you about making a CD.
But if you are looking for something outside of ITunes you can check out my source for a list of FREE CD burning software.

umm... well i think you cant. its a peice of hardware. unless you have one but you dont have software. then try download.com or a torrent sitte or limewire. but those are illegal in case you dont want to get in trouble
