If you have any version of BearShare before 6.0, there is a tab in the settings window that automatically adds songs to iTunes when they've finished downloading. Once they're there, it's just a matter of clicking and dragging from Library to the devices section where your iPod is listed. If you have 6.0 or any version after it, I strongly recommend you uninstall that version, Google search BearShare version 5.2.5, and download that. I know for sure it has the iTunes integration and it's just overall better to use. Plus, in BearShare 6.x, when you download a song, you have to end up purchasing it if you want to listen to it anywhere other than the program itself, which kind of sucks.

that's not about BearShare or Limewire or the different P2P customer. Its about the content fabric your downloading. One ought to always run an Antivirus examine on the those days downloaded record to be secure.
