I am not very stock market savvy. I want to do research on a company and their stock before I invest, but I need to know where to go to find the best info? Thanks.

Yahoo!Finance is a great place to start!

But a better way to learn is to join an Investment Club. These are typically partnerships where you pool small amounts of money each month with a group of other people, and you do research and learn together, sort of a "home-made mutual fund".

I applaud your desire to learn!

That is correct; Yahoo Finance is pretty good. But I disagree about the Investment Club, unless you want to spend a lot of time doing this. You still probably won't beat the pros, and you could subject yourself to more risk than you are aware. Find a good Financial Advisor. Interview a few of them until you find one you're comfortable with, and you will sleep better at night, and very probably do better in the long run even after the fees.

You can research on Yahoo Finance or you can have an account at CyberTrader which is owned by Charles Schwab, they have great research tools and a useful strategy center. If you like you can check out our website www.rematatrading.com which talks about our trading platforms for professional traders.
