Dell Printer?

Question

I can use some help-
I have a Dell All-In-One Printer A940 and recently the copier portion stopped working.
Everthing else works; scanner, printing. It's just the copier. It is not a paper jam. It previews the paper to be copied and then it starts to pull paper and then it just sits there. On the printer screen it just stays at "copying."
The only way to stop it is to turn of printer.
