The way we do it in our office is one month after your missed period. So if you were suppose to start Jan1St we would see you 1 month after that. Good luck you should call your Dr. anyway if you think you are and speak with them. Each doctor is diffrent.

I was eight weeks before they even considered making an appointment for me, they said b/c risk of miscarriage is higher before then. I'm sure if you insist, though, they will make one for you. Meanwhile, start on a prenatal vitamin, either over the counter or prescription-- it pays off not to wait on that. Call your doctor for a recommendation. Good Luck!

You should be able to go to the ER and get a test done there. Your doctor's office should be able to set up an appointment fairly quickly because it is just lab work. Hope this helps and Good Luck!

My ob/gyn also said 8 weeks. When I got there, it turned out I was actually 9 weeks and we got to hear the heartbeat. Very cool! Every doctors different though, just call them and see what they say. Good Luck!

You will be the one to make an appoinment with the doctor. If you already miss a period and the pregnancy test is positive then I guess you better have yourself checked.

As soon as possible. They have to check you out and give you prenatal vitamins and also talk to you about what you can and cannot do. NO DRINKING OR DRUGS
