The fruit of one's loins is an expression that means children. Your children are the fruit of your loins.

The expression is "fruit of one's loins," and it is a reference to children. "The loins are the part of the body on either side of the backbone, between the ribs and pelvis. The term also loosely refers to human (particularly male) genitals (due to their prominence in that anatomical region)." (Wikipedia, Loins) In Genesis 35:11 (King James Version), we find this expression:

And God said unto him, I am God Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins.

Your Children. Sort of has a Bible terminology I suppose, but it is basically a way of saying like the "seed" of your body creating the "fruit", i.e. your child, since they are the growth of the "seeds". Odd, I know , but it's pretty much just that.
