I think that they very well could be considering all they do is win tough games. I don't think Florida should be the number 1 overall in the tourney based on the fact that they won last year. North Carolina has to be talked about IF Hansbrough gets familar with the mask. Ohio State as well should get some love on this one. Number 1 most of the year... yeah. Oden still doesn't use his dominant hand very much so I wouldn't piss him off during the postseason. Everyone is waiting for that first game where he does something crazy like score 30 and grab 20 boards. What better stage than the NCAA tourney? If Kansas and UCLA get paired up in the Elite Eight and Kansas wins, I think they should be the final four favorites.

Right now, Kansas is ranked #3 out of the 4 #1 seeds (behind Florida and Ohio State respectively). Personally, I feel that they will make the elite eight and be beaten by UCLA. However, they did show they are a team to beat in their comeback win over Texas in the Big 12 Championship.

Definitely, I myself am a Mizzou fan, but an NCAA b-ball die-hard fan. If you watch KU is the most full team in the NCAA. Ohio State is too young, Florida is inconsistent under pressure, and NC has a good team but you can't look at anybody but Hansborough, Terry, and Wright to hurt you. Other than the Center position KU has anybody that can drop 20 points in a heart beat. They ara a good experienced, ice water veigned team. Also the have to fight for respect because they have fought hard the entire season, and not till right now, have the gotten any respect.

NO, I think the best team in the nation is the #1 team in the land, after that I would have to say Florida is.

They starting to gel, but, i would have to say no. They are the lowest rating 1# seed in the tourney. They really are lucky to get the seeding they received. I think UCLA should have received the top seed over KU. UCLA with the 2nd best URI rating and season play should have lifted them over KU. Michael E need to check your stats!!! over all #1 plays lowest #1. Florida is the top seed. That makes KU the lowest #1 seed. UNC is the 2nd highest seed, then OSU.

I thought they were ranked #2? Why do you have to add the "not" in your question?
