It is of course absolutely legal for them to continue to question you. Just because you made bail does not mean you will be let off. They are likely building a case against you so that they may obtain a conviction on your court date and put you behind bars for the crime you have committed, regardless of the severity.

The police can continue to ask you questions until the case is resolved.
You are not required to talk to them. They may arrest you, which they really should not do if you are out on bail. You are still not required to talk to them.

Yes, it's perfectly legal. They can continue to question you. However, you do NOT have to answer.

DONT TALK TO THEM! slam the door in their faces! you have the right not to incriminate yourself. do not let them violate your rights! if they try to search you, yell out loud "I AM BEING SEARCHED BY THE POLICE WITHOUT CONSENT!" then you will have witnesses.
