It's only safe if you know what you are doing. Since you don't I would not suggest it until you have done your research.

well you can overclock any processor. one thing you might need is a better heatsink if you OC. i suggest a Zalman CNPS 9700 NT but there is most definately cheaper alternatives. best of luck to you. and if you were asking how to overclock, i suggest googling it. there are websites with the sole purpose of showing how to overclock.
