Bleach and Naruto just ended their filler seasons and started showing new episodes so those two are pretty good to watch at the moment. My personal favorite is Cowboy Bebop.

I'm surprised nobody is really watching this, but you should really check out Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpuchou. It's a new show and the subs are up to episode #5. It's awesome and fits in nicely with Bleach.
