Humans(eukaryotes) genome is linear, bacteria(prokaryotes) genome is circular. Bacteria genomes are much smaller, and only have one origin or replication site, whereas humans have many. That is the basic differences with out getting into anything too complex

There is also the fact that human DNA contains significantly more introns and exons than bacterial DNA
