How do you treat stains n leather or suede?
If by chance you happen to drop your great grandmother’s secret tomato sauce recipe or that delicious olive oil basil dressing on your new Andrew Marc hot leather pants, NEVER rub. Always blot dry. Rub the suede with a cloth to restore some of its texture. You can remove the dry stains and marks from suede by softly rubbing a pencil eraser on the affected area. Brush with a suede brush. Apply a small amount of white vinegar to a damp towel as a last resort. Gently rub the surface with the cloth, then allow it to dry. We recommend stains on leather and suede to be professionally treated. You may not be able to remove a stain completely.

Stains from suede leather can be removed quite easily by this method.
Buy some "denatued alchol" available at Lowes or Depot
Take an eyedropper and apply a generous amount of this alchol to the stain, keeping it dead flat so it wont run to the unneeded areas. Wait about 10 minutes for this to soak into the oil stain. Then take a wet vacuum cleaner and vacuum up this solution of alchol + the dissolved oil.

Repeat about 3 or 4 times it will be GONE

Do not rub the suede with a rag or brush of any sort. Wait till the sued is thoroughly dry, then ruffle it back and forth and it will match the surrounding suede.

Take it to the dry cleaner. Most things will make it worse or ruin the nap of the suede.
