they are supposedly finishing the episodes that were ordered and on hiatus and maybe we have a chance to get them back if the crap donnelys keeps sliding in the ratings like it has been doing hell last week i heard that they lost half of the people who were watching in the first 20 minutes of the show apparently they can measure that stuff. But you can help save S60 call the switch board of NBC on both the east and west coast and politely let them know you want Studio 60 to stay also writing a snail mail helps too. keep it up. until the show is back. we flooded the voice mail boxes last week we can this week too.

No one knows for sure if Studio 60 will return for a second season.. I do think they'll finish out the season (5 episodes left.)... Hopefully that won't be the end for S60.. I adore the show.

Check out savestudio60.com - it's the "official" website for the latest information concerning the show's status. It also has a petition you can sign if you want - not sure it will do anything, but it can't hurt.

It might have. I remember hearing that the show wasn't doing as good as everybody thought it would.

i don't think it got renewed...it's on extended hiatus right now, which is kind of a kiss of death unless they can perform some sort of CPR
