Yes, sometimes it takes a while though. Whatever punctured it must've hit a nerve. It may take a few months for the feeling to return.

The numbness will more then likely go away. The nerve endings in this area were damaged and need sometime to repair themselves. It takes a while and feels funny but most of the time the numbness will go away and it will feel normal again. Just relax, ice it and keep it elevated so it can heal on its own. Good luck.

Puncture wounds are extremely dangerous because the infection can begin so deep inside the wound that you won't know something is terribly wrong until they have to cut off your foot. Head down to the emergency room and have it looked at now. Puncture wounds can be infected really quick. Good luck.

if it doesn't go away in a couple hours you should go to the emergency room and get some medicine.

youy need to get tetanus or tetanus booster shot...keep it clean and put something like bactine spray on it...go see a doc also
