I just had to reply to this! I have had an on going problem with yahoo music for about 4+ months now and still it isn't resolved. Not to sound bad, but you may be in for a long ordeal. You can get a hold of them at this address: yahoomusic engine-feedback@cc.yahoo-inc.com. But I can't guarantee it will do any good, I just wanted them to take off for a couple of downloads or take some off my subscription rate for the hassle I have been through, and they keep puttin me on the next level up and now I haven't heard back from them for over a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woah.. that really sucks.. I say you try to get your money back as soon as possible! Sounds to me like you might have been ripped off..

napster is still the best.. atleast that is my opinion.. real rhapsody kicks butt too
