How do you dance reggaeton and cumbia?

Theres a party i got invited to and im sure they will play this music and i am wondering how do you dance these types of music. Any suggestions?

Cumbia originates from Colombia, there is swaying hip movement with a quick quick slow step side to side, you could switch spot with partner as you dance with a turn, or hold your partner's hand and turn her like a rock and roll turns, just to add spice to the dance, but always following the rhythm of the music, because it all depends on the songs, the tempo may change.
