That info is public information that you can get from the local assessors office. You can look it up at the county office or maybe they have a website you can look it up at. Try the county website that the property is located in, they may have a link to the assessors info. If not, you will need to go there in person and look it up.

You can try a search on your county property appraisers office. I search my county database all the time for information. It is free and would have the years and names of the people that bought or sold the property. It also includes structural detail along with the purchase price from each sale.
On mine I can search on the actual address or on the name of the person who owns it now.

To find out when it sold, you would do a property search. You generally have to go to the land title office and do the search. The search itself is usually free, but you have to pay for all of your copies.
Sometimes real estate agents have information about when properties sold, as well, but I don't know how far back their information goes.

I do not think you can do this on line. If it is possible, you will have to pay for it. They are charging for lots of court records now. Nothing is free. lol You will need to go to the court house and search the records. Sorry.

It's called a title search. You can't really do it online. You need to go down to the title office and search through the records there.

If your in a city of 40,000 or more your city probably has it on line like my city does. Just call your city assessor and find out, that's what I did and it was cool, you get all and more information than you think all in one place.
