Your baby might just be sitting funky in your pelvis. Try moving around a little and see if it changes. Try getting on your hands and knees and rocking your pelvis back and forth. If it doesnt stop, try drinking a big glass of water and laying down on your right side. Give that about 30 minutes to give you some relief. If that doesn't work, definitely call your doctor.

Your statement seem so weird to me.Contraction that last for 90 seconds is considered to be a hypertonic contraction and very impossible to happen without a oxytocin drip. And if the interval of the contraction is every 10 minutes then I guess you need to go to the hospital right away and especially that your only 37 weeks.

It could be back labor. Back labor feels like that sometimes.

It could also just be muscle spasms and weakness/pain. 37 weeks isn't a particularly easy time on your back. Call the dr tomorrow to get checked out if nothing changes overnight.

Call the doc now! Sounds like you are in labor but he is certainly the best to decide. Good luck! Congrats!
