How much should condo's in space cost?

I heard that condos are for sale in space for a 10 year delivery date, and that they start at $10Mill.

Sounds a bit contradictory.... "I got in on the ground floor for space condos..."

The sky is the limit. $10,000,000 seems cheap, but I wouldn't care to live there.
