what is the timings of solar eclips on 19th March 2007and whethar chandipaath can be done during that time?

the chatra Navaratri is starting from 19th morning and the eclips too...then whether 'shaptashati paath' which is also known as chandi paath can be done during eclips...if yes how it is benificial??
