first what you need to do it wash your face. don't pick at it! then apply an ice cube for about 10 minutes. if you don't have zit cream, get some. apply the cream. if you don't and need a quick fix to remove redness, eyedrops will work. they will remove redness from the zit and make it feel better.

I feel so sorry for you! Guess what? I'll share a fact with you- when I was in high school, I used to get a big zit right on the middle front of my nose right before the holiday season so you can imagine who I resembled at the time! I never experienced physical pain, like you, but it sure was annoying emotionally! Calamine lotion is often used for itchy problems like Chicken Pocks, which might work. Maybe try some kind of mouth freezing agent like Cepecol and rub it on. Otherwise, you may have to visit a family doctor and get some kind of prescription.

Neosporin! Or the generic form of it from Target or Walmart. I prefer the non-cream one. It is kind of like vasaline. Put it on at night after you wash your face. You will notice a significant reduction in size and redness in the morning. If you do this for a couple of nights it should be gone! Good luck!

Then you can scracth it off.

Then place anti scar cream on.

My doctor said this is caused by allergies. I put a tiny spot of Neosporin on it and it's soon gone!
