When I masturbate all that comes out is this clear sticky liquid. It comes out in very small amounts. Is this normal, it's starting to scare me?

That would depend on your age. If you are still going through puberty, this is normal and just means that while some of your plumbing is working, not all of it is. Give it time. IF you've past the age of balls dropping and normal cumming and your are still concerned, you may to talk with a doctor about it. Of course, there's always the possibility that you aren't masturbating to orgasm which simply means you aren't going all the way. Let yourself enjoy the whole process and when it happens, you'll know.

That clear sticky liquid is precum. It is used to lubricate the penis. You haven't spent yourself until white stuff comes out.
