Im trying to get better at QB. I am very accurate, but only maybe at like 30 yards or so. I wanted to get some tips on increasing my range. How can I throw farther, but without throwing out my arm (I have tendonitis in my elbow)?

STOP throwing for distance.
30 yards is sweet.

The tendonitis needs a break or it will keep coming back.
If ice isn't helping; see a doc.
--> boring old man story - My tennis elbow required surgury and within 2 weeks I was back to passing the ball.
Today at 44 I can still toss it 50 yards flat footed...

Assure that your arm is properly warmed up:
yes, you can use a sports cream to warm up like Tiger Balm...but NOTHING medicated (with pain reliever)

start tossing before practice at 5 yards...
after 10 throws or more... back up 5 yards.

Work your way slowly and gently to 20 yards.

After practice...ice your entire upper arm...shoulder to elbow...
no more than 20 minutes.
Keep the arm elevated...and packed in ice bags.
...every night...

I'll say it again...see your doc for the Tennis Elbow.

hint for distance:
your non-throwing arm is the leverage for the action...
your body position is the coil...
lean a little further back on the wind-up and
use your non-throwing arm to propel you forward.

I know this. Their is no better thing than working out and giving some blood, sweat and tears. You can also use your body weight in your throws like Kurt warner did. Throw your body to the side you throw for more force. Throw the ball high as you can for distance.

maybe playing quarterback with tendonitis isn't the smartest thing you could do. well, first of all, work out your arm. get it bigger and stronger and perfect your form. look at some peyton manning videos and you will see. he practically throws overhead. you have to do that to get good trajectory and distance. you need form and muscle.
