The worst smelling city that I ever travelled through, was Livermore, CA. There was some kind of sewage treatment plant nearby.....

My boyfriend says Diyarbakir, Turkey. Smelled like an open sewer. He was in the Air Force there.

Antwerp, Belgium. There's always that very strange smell as soon as you get outside the station ! A sort of cross between a brewery and your favourite - a sewer works.

Baghdad, Iraq while flying low in a Helo during 130F temps, one big ghetto full of trash and open sewers...people are nice for the most part though, just neglected by Sodamn Insane.

Prolly wud be India,coz ppl just "do their thing" anywhere thats convenient to them.Even saw men just "aiming" at some walls by the streets.Then again, Paris metro " subways" smell the same..the bad horrible smell of old urine..eeww..
