I use Linux. Its virus free! My Mac is virus free too. If you're stuck with the virus-ridden Microsoft Windows, then you can try avg & superantispyware. Once you're totally fed up with viruses, upgrade to Linux or Mac OS X. :)

AVG is totally worthless. It is JUNK. I recommend active virus shield. It is by far the best free antivirus you can get.

Avg is the best that i have found. Other good ones include spybot search and destroy and Ad-Aware SE.
