when are episodes 9-13 for the nationals ova of prince of tennis subbed coming out!!! i cant wait any longer!!!

Just like the previous poster mentioned, no one knows when exactly the episodes are going to come out. Fansubs are not like lisensing companys so dont go on a strick schedule, as they are people subbing it for fun, and if they get busy with life stuff or loose a group member, releases slow down.
Saizen is the one who subs the OVA and seems to be a smaller group, so their releases aren't fast.
It seems it's sometimes taken the group 44 days (6 weeks about) to release an episode, so all you can really do is wait, unless another group picks up the series and subs it or if Viz gets to that point before Saizen does.

I don't think anybody here will give you a correct answer because they don't know it unless they work for the subbing team : Saizen if I'm not mistaken.
All you can do it wait.
