we're about ready to be teenagers, and they are going faster than me. My friend is less than 3 weeks older than me, and she is over ten inches taller than me!

There's nothing to be done. It is all in your genes, your DNA. Everybody is different. Unless you are twins, your developpement will be different from someone else even if you are born the same day, same place, same date.
Maybe you need some more time. Don't let it bother you. Some people needs more time to develop. And what it important is not so the appearance but what you think inside and what you have inside your heart.

NOTHING YOU CAN DO BUT THANK GOD THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO GROW UP AS FAST AS THEY DO! UNTIL THEN IF IT BOTHERS YOU SO BAD THEN WEAR TALLER SHOES AND STUFF YOUR BRA! I WAS ALMOST 14 B4 I GREW BOOBS BUT WHEN I DID I WENT FROM FLAT TO A C CUP IN ONE SUMMER

honestly, it makes no difference if you grow as fast as your friends. just let your body do its thing and eventually you'll be caught up with everyone.
