Dysfunctional. Outcome based education, Johny can't read but he tries really hard. school children on drugs so the teachers don't have to deal with them. Out soursed employment, so there's no reason to learn a trade unless your leaving the country. Everyones a victim, so I'm not responsible for my actions. The government is there to save me from myself cause I'm to stupid to make a rational decision. No one should have fire arms except the government and the police because the public at large are all guilty of something we haven't caught them for yet. And there too incompetent, and simple to conduct themselves properly. And women have trouble with their middle aged boyfriends because they're boys. Thinking they deserve support from a woman. I dont know, I could go on but the list is just to long. What do you think?

Dysfunctional because of the creeping up over years of the nanny state, a government that thinks it has to remind us to swallow or we will choke on our own spit.
