Irish stew---lamb, potatoes, onions and a bit of bell pepper, garlic, salt pepper and at the end milk and instant potatoes to thicken---mmmm, good. Love corn beef and cabbage also but the stew is my favorite.

Soda Bread, and here in the U.S., it also seems to be Corned Beef and Cabbage. In the past couple of years, I made soda bread, champ (mashed potatoes with milk, butter, and scallions), and this salmon recipe from a hotel in Ireland that I found on-line.
