No and there never was. The $10,000 dollar bill is the largest I know of and it has been long out of circulation. It was only used for institutional trading or exchanges. The $500 was the last of the big bills and with ETF it has been removed from circulation as well.

The United States one hundred-dollar bill ($100) is a denomination of United States currency. U.S. statesman, inventor, and diplomat Benjamin Franklin is currently featured on the obverse of the bill, while Independence Hall is featured on the reverse. The bill is one of two current notes that does not feature a President of the United States. It is the largest denomination that has been in circulation since July 14, 1969, when the higher denominations of $500, $1,000, $5,000, $10,000 and $100,000 were retired.

Biggest bill in general circulation is $100. There are also $500. and I believe $1,000 bills for special uses . . . or at least there used to be.
Sorry, though, no million dollar bill, so don't waste your time trying to counterfeit one and get change for it at Wal-Mart!
