baking soda sprinkled on like ajax...rub with a wet cloth or sponge.

Mr Clean Magic Eraser, they are great for removing ink

Isopropyl alchohol works great on ink pen marks.

Saturate with hairspray. Leave for a few minutes. Go back with a wet wash cloth that has a bit of soap on it. Then wipe clean! This usually does it for me! Works good on skin, too.

Try hair spray. If that does not work try mr. clean magic eraser.
