I've lived in europe and canada, but yeah oz is the best.
It's just such a leisure country, yet you have culture, technology, everything you need. And it's cheap!!

I would say Sri Lanka. Yes it has many awesome sights
but the reason I think it is the greatest country is because
the Sri Lankin folk are the best in the world. I will never
forget the immense strenght and kindness the people showed
in the face of adversity. I lived there after the tsunami, and it
touched my heart to see what lovely people they were.

I am from the US.
I would say the greatest country is one where the government is honest, the people are nice to each other, and everyone is full of love and happiness.
I work with many who like to wave their flag and claim we are the greatest, but then I discover they NEVER been to any foreign country. How can they give an honest answer without comparing another country or culture? I have travelled thru Europe and found the people there to be friendlier than here!

While Australia is an amazing country, I must side with my home, the US of A! The USA offers freedoms not found elsewhere in this world!
Yeah, we stick our nose in a lot of places. But, we are only trying to protect your rights! We side with the little guys, as they need us. Tis' my opinion!

We have our problems, but the U.S.A. really is the greatest country on the face of the earth, at present that is. I really don't have enough time or space to list all the reasons why, but they should be blatantly obvious to anyone who's ever traveled abroad or visited the U.S. of A. from elsewhere.
