I am afraid to marry my guy because I feel like once we are married I won't desire him anymore, like the "I can have you anytime" mentality. Like I'll start to feel hemmed in and maybe resent him or somthing. Is this normal?

Yes this is normal at times but it is very negative thinking. If you cannot get past this fear then maybe it is best not to marry him and he may not be the right one for you. You should only marry for the right reasons and not have a fear of being hemmed in and trapped by it. I feel that you really do not love him the way you should if you feel this way about it. I do not feel that you are ready for marriage at all.

Are you going to live in fear?Why do you think you will feel like that? If your having sex thats why and if you dont get married you will eventually feel like that too if you would feel that way married.If you are really afraid of this, you need to make a clean break and not date for a while until you figure out what kind of guy you'd want o spend the rest of your life with.

It sounds like you aren't ready to get married. Just stay together, have fun and see where that takes you. I used to feel the same way in year 3, but we're in year 6, and I've never loved him more.

Hell Yes I mean that is they way we all feel I have been married for three years have two kids and i would recommend living together for awhile to see it that would work first then take the plung

I never felt that way before I got married, but I can tell you that you should not get married unless you are 100% sure.
