I am going to Las Vegas mid-April so I know the weather will be hot. Several questions on how to dress. I know they keep the casinos cold, but what about the shows...are the theaters and restaurants as cold?

We are going to see Manilow at the Hilton and Howie Mandel at MGM...do we need sweaters or jackets?

Also, I heard that their are restrictions on open toed shoes? Where is that and what's that all about? I planned on wearing sandles when we arent' walking around.

I'd dress up for a Manilow concert.. but in Vegas, ANYTHING goes. I'd layer my clothing so if the air conditioning is too cold for you, you'll be set.

I go to Vegas all the time.. and I have NEVER heard open toed shoes being banned.

Have a great time! Manilow puts on a GREAT show...as will Howie!

Wear comfort clothes to the casino's...Jeans, Shorts, Capris etc. Short Sleeves are usually enough, but you might want to tie a sweater around your waist if you're prone to chill. I always wear sandals, and haven't been kicked out of a casino yet! So does my husband....if the day looks cool, he'll wear a t-shirt and open long sleeve shirt....Vegas is casual these days......we don't do shows, nor do we go for the Holidays....so no glitz there...but I imagine you could dress up a little for the shows....

the theaters are usually kept cool, so depending if you get cold easily you should probably take a light sweater or jacket. the last time i went to a vegas show i wore a long sleeve blouse and it was still a bit chilly (this was in march).

if you are going out to eat at a restaurant that is described as "fine dining" people are expected to wear business casual to formal depending on the place. if you are a man sandals at these types of places are not going to be permitted, but women are allowed to wear open toe shoes/sandals. (i.e. don't go in flip flops or birkenstocks). nightclubs usually follow the same guidelines as these.

you do not say at the same time as your vacation is occurring. i'd want to understand what style of school brings their scholars to Las Vegas, the most youngster unfriendly position in the international? If coming in the interior the subsequent month it will be nevertheless exceedingly warm in the course of the day so shorts or gentle clothing will be so as. If going to be right here over evening then a tender jacket or sweater can be a sturdy idea to carry.
