It is already here and it is Communist China! A standing army of over 3 million, equipped and ready, and no other country could take them on in a conventional war. China will eventually take over the U.S.A. Now they are waiting for the U.S. to self destruct. China is now the world's super economic power. There are some benefits for China controlling and taking the U.S.A., such as the end of affirmative action!

China because they are concentrating their efforts on the technology to secure the lunar Helium-3 resources for use in fusion reactors while other countries are busy with terrorism.
